It’s 1991 and my boots are just hitting the ground as a your entrepreneur.
We had our little start up going for 2 years and trying to figure out why we were not getting ahead, though running our tails off.
Went to a seminar put on by a spit fire of a man from Minnesota who was traveling the country, Frank Blau.

When confronted by a problem…virtually ANY problem, before looking around for someone to blame, ask yourself- “What have I done to either create, promote, or allow this circumstance to exist?”
This accomplishes at least two things- 1) It empowers you to take responsibility back which you’ve likely relinquished, and 2) the answer to the question usually contains the insight you need for the next right actions you should take.
