Many people think a mentor is someone who you ask questions of. But you don’t know what questions to ask.
A great mentor doesn’t tell you what to think, just what to think about.
Who is helping you with “what to think about”?

That is a great thought not only from my perspective regarding who I use as a mentor, but also from the perspective of how I interact with people I am trying to help grow. How are you coming up with this stuff??

Beautifully said, John LeVan! Thank you for for putting that into perspective, Larry.
The “perk” that I am most excited about at Basement Systems is being able to work with many great, influential people. Jeff Nelson, who I consider my mentor does exactly what you said in this Think Daily. I would be in a very different spot without him and I wouldn’t like it there one bit.
Thanks Larry and thank you Jeff Nelson!!!

Craig Leader is a great mentor- not only on what I need to think about but his example of what I need to do and become in this business
