I learned this many years ago from a speaker named Matthew Kelly, and he has a famous line” we all carry a heavy burden” . When someone reacts to you in a way that is unnecessarily rude. Just remember you don’t know what they’re going through. Be nice. Thank you for the reminder Larry! I need frequent reminders!
