Congrats on another “Into the dust” movie! Your message today is spot on. I can’t wait for my eyes to pop open so I can start my day, every day. Probably because I enjoy the things I have chosen to build my life around. I get up and get going! I’m happy to still be on the right side of the grass.

I had a professor in high school who defined discipline as the ability to do what you don’t want to do, when you don’t want to do it. This definition has stuck with me since. I have been weight lifting regularly for almost 10 years now and have only ever skipped on rare occasions. I barely ever ‘feel like’ lifting weights, but I always do. It has become a habit, I don’t feel like myself if I skip. The discipline I’ve built weightlifting has been applicable in all of my walks of life from education to business and even household chores.
