Yes! I had to learn that the hard way. Partnered up with a sociopath on another business and lost over a $100,000 in the process before I realized he was not who he portrayed himself to be.

This is absolute truth. It is imperative that we know who we are dealing with. When dealing with customers, it is important to know all affected parties and meet with them before signing a deal. If building a house for instance, be sure you meet with both spouses and that both are on board with the scope and cost of the project before signing. If one is not then it will be trouble down the road.
