It’s often easy to stand out from the competition. The prospect is in front of you – don’t blow it!
Introducing themselves well, tone of voice, asking questions, listening, patience, being clear about your solution, simple demonstrations, explaining payment options…
Are your salespeople even doing the very basics right?
Pay attention – you may be surprised, and it may be killing your company.
Surprisingly you can win half the jobs you bid just by being on time and providing a paper quote on the spot. The competitors don’t ,so like you said Larry don’t blow it .Just do lthe basics and we win.
Hi Larry,
I am in the KC market and I am trying to get into your coaching and business classes. I am wondering if you are still offering that?.
Don
Badger Basement Systems is GRATEFUL for you!!! 🙂
Have an awesome day!
I work in automotive in the front office. Myself and my coworker, the service writer, dress nice, groom nice, and have fun conversations with customers. It’s not a complicated formula, just hire people that show well and can talk intelligently with customers and make them smile/laugh, be credible, and most importantly can sell. My coworker and I are always looking at our results at the end of the week and pushing ourselves to do better.
Always grateful for you as well!
