I love this post and mindset! It’s easy to get stuck in finding fault, sometimes because it seems easier to do nothing than to solve the problem. Once we can see benefits or opportunities for growth in a challenge, we become solution-focused. It’s such a powerful shift in thinking. Thank you for sharing this today Larry!
