“If you don’t want to change, there is nothing I (or anybody) can do for you.” – Cy to Troy, from my book The Highest Calling.
Some people would rather die than change. A person’s ego is the collection of thoughts that combine to fool you that it is you, and it will do anything to stay in charge and defend your choices, thinking, and identity. It does not want to admit it had been wrong, or accept any new ideas that invalidate the thoughts it has played thousands of times in your head.
If you don’t want to change, there is nothing anyone can do for you.
…and maybe that’s ok for you – that’s for you to decide.
We are all free to think how we wish and construct our own lives – and accept the outcome.
Happy Birthday Larry
Happy Birthday Larry you are a great inspiration to All
Thanks for the shout out Larry. So true not all change is good but I believe we have to always be evaluating ourselves so we can change what needs to be changed and not get locked into thinking we are always right!
OH yeah Happy Birthday Boss!

If you don’t sacrifice for what you want, what you want becomes the sacrifice.
