Carrying a contagion

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

Recently I went through a company and heard three different people independently say the same thing – “People are tight with the money right now.”

They got the idea from each other, and they keep talking about it – using it as an excuse for why things are the way they are.

The reality is it was an excuse.

If anything, things were the way they were because “they BELIEVED people were tight with the money right now”.

Oddly enough a couple of salesmen had great weeks the next week.  I guess the people out there decided things were good again…lol.

It’s not about THE economy – it’s about YOUR economy – and you make that.

Shut off negative voices from wherever they may come, and go get it!

Good one Larry! That kind of talk is like nails on a chalkboard. Steer clear! ?

Go, Brian Hammac! I’m grateful for him, too.

I was introduced to this line of thinking fortunately early in my career . My attitude and mindset is my most prized possession, that I protect from others and mostly from myself. It’s the most valuable thing I own. Thanks Larry
