A good leader knows that while they are charged with making the right calls in their organization, they have much to learn.
The leader who thinks they know it all, or is supposed to, will chase good people away, and be stuck in mediocrity trying to hold onto their position long after it’s obvious they are failing.
Leaders are learners – every day, from anyone.
The more I learn the more I realize I don’t know. I love to learn and am grateful for those that choose to teach. I have learned a lot from you and Think Daily and I’m sure that will continue. Keep up the good work!

Leaders should always ask themselves “if this was a publicly traded company what would the board of directors have to say about the job I’m doing”? I’ve worked for some great leaders and also some that would be fired by the board of directors in less than 18 months.
