As a leader, yeses and no’s are fine, but “maybe”, and “we probably need to do that, we’ll get to it later” is what kills you.
If something needs to be done, get it done it now.
The leader gets paid to do something nobody else can do – make good decisions in a timely manner and steer the organization’s attention to where it needs to be.
