A person or Team may have a strategy TO grow in some personal or professional area of their life or business, but growth itself is a PROCESS, not a strategy – it’s the culmination of the actions taken and invested in to CREATE growth.
You have a great grasp of the nuances between what’s being said (parroted) and what’s being done.
