Recently we had an issue take place in our company. It was amazing to witness how every person on our team came together to support that one struggling person. I’ve never been more proud of a culture!

Larry – love the formula. I’ve been a lifelong student of strategy/culture/leadership, but have never seen culture written into a formula.
