Training is the one thing we can control. We can’t control customers, we can’t control outside influences (good or bad), but we can always train our staff to get better!

Thanks Larry! I am grateful every day for you and your team. Training is something that I struggle with but have been doing my SOE and getting better at it!!

We had a great panel discussion yesterday on recruitment & retention, and there was consensus on the importance of training, of giving team members the opportunity to learn and grow. When it is a part company culture, in the long run it leads to retaining more employees.

If, in addition to training, you empower your team and they trust you, not as many will leave. If they do leave, you’ve probably made the industry a better place.
