Marketing and market share.. lead dropped 10-15% April n May this year..sales n production up from $110k to &166k 1st n 2nd qtr however leads trending down.This week & rn Im visiting all job sites to get Treeehouse-Fishon -wow formen-building w/blocks n diamond cutting metrics dialed in permanently 2022….thats the problem

2) navigating this inflationary market. Since we’re at the top in our local market in terms of pricing, we’re first to see we can no longer continue to pass supplier and trades costs to clients straight through at our standard mark-up.
