What did you used to do, that now things have changed, you should not do at all?
What has become unimportant or of lower value for you now?
Eliminate and delegate.
Keep your leadership job relevant to the future you are trying to create.

I used to have to be involved in every single aspect of the business. In the past I had issues with being able to trust that anyone could do it, let alone do it better. I have found out that empowering our employees and future leaders that they want more, giving them more makes things better for the company because they actually do things better and more up to date than I would have. At this point, my concentration is on getting the business more efficient and profitability up. It’s nice having folks I can depend on so that I can concentrate on working on the business and its evolution!
