The more things you do, the shallower you will perform in any of them.
You can’t reach your potential in anything if you are trying to reach it in everything.
You can’t do it all well if you are trying to do too many things.
If you’re the leader, you don’t have to do it all. But you do have to build a team that gets it done. That’s different. That’s one job you can do, and doing it well will allow you to achieve outsized results.
Say yes to less, and do what remains far better.
