The key is to make routines of healthy, smart, and productive activities.
Whether it be morning, when you arrive at work, when you leave, in the evening or weekend mornings.

One of my daily routines is listening to an Audio Book, Podcast, or Scriptures each morning on my way into work. It helps me set my mindset right for the day and reminds me to be a better me than I was yesterday.
