All to often the top gets overlooked, also, sometimes when a person is giving their all, they should be acknowledged. Even if the numbers don’t show it, they might be working harder on things than a person realizes. Often, the best is hidden by the fact that they concentrate on the foundation instead of the limelight. Be aware that they (the top performers) need the build up too!
