I am grateful for Vicki too! She’s always on! A beautiful example of the definition of treating customers with respect. At least two to three times a week that we have a customer comment on how good she is at her job.

Mindset ~ going from a sales man to a sold man requires a deep conviction on what you do, who you are doing it for and the impact your product or service will have. A sold man walks different and talks different and customers can certainly tell the difference and will pay for that difference.
