We all have a voice playing in our heads all the time. It’s our inner voice; our identity, our story.
You are both generating it and listening to it, and reinforcing it all the time.
But you have the power to interrupt that voice and reject it and make a decision to change parts of it.
Your ego won’t like it – it will tell you to hold on to the old story because it wants to be right, and fight to survive – after all, you have a lot invested in the old story you thought was you.
But it was only you because you said so.
