Often we labor over decisions that we think are “permanent” changes.  But we don’t find out or learn very fast that way.

Really glad to hear this. I shuffle my team often. Sometimes I feel bad about it, I put thought in before I move them. I can honestly say that most of the time I have a great out you. Not every time, but most of the time I find out the decision was the right one!
