100% Agree. Prioritizing physical health along with mental health is paramount. If I focus on one or the other, it negatively effects both my professional and personal families. There’s is a certain confidence boosting property that comes with completing a good book just as there is finishing a great workout!

I just interviewed a person that said that same thing to me. He said, “I’ll like taking care of me, so that I can take care of you, and I expect you to take care of you so that you can take care of me”. I was impressed by that, then I opened up Think Daily and this was todays message. He is going to be a great fit for a Klaus sales inspector!
