A new idea that challenges old ideas can be aggravating.
The old ideas fight to live; they are not good at dying.
But to make a breakthrough, you’ve got to break something – the old.

Agreed, id say to remember not to change for the sake of changing. It will only frustrate your employees

Larry,
I love the phrase- “to make a breakthrough, you have to break something- the old” Thanks

I think that every generation that comes up with new ideas presumes that they are better than the current solution. That is often not so, and they become frustrated when they are challenged to prove their theory and can’t, because new must be better. No, better is better. Keep an open mind to new and old ideas alike.
