Worry is suffering in advance of something that might happen, or that likely will never happen.
Resolve to accept the worst if it happens. Once you do that you don’t have to worry anymore, and you can go to work to create a better-than-worst-case outcome.
This reminds me of Matthew 6:25-34

I worry way too much for my own good. Its good to worry about the potential fallout of any decision, but not to the point that you become incapable of action. I can definitely improve here, thank you!
