Most of the time when an investor or a company buys another company, the employees are not happy at the company that was bought.
Last week while visiting another of the 15 companies I have purchased or partnered with in the last 18 months, it struck me – everyone is happy! EVERYONE! (I am sure it depends on WHY the buyer bought the company).
For this, I am most proud!

Delighted to hear of the Happiness factor for your acquisitions. A true strategic buyer will ultimately bring more value to the equation and this will translate into increasing the value of the enterprise. That positive cycle affords the opportunity for happiness and growth and success for the employees of the enterprise.
My opinion would be, because the current owner seems to only look out for themselves. And you are definitely not that type of owner.
