What is stressful to one person is not to another.  You make it stress by how you interpret what is going on.

First, look at your mindset about what stresses you.  Maybe you can interpret it in a way that, well…it’s ok.

Avoid reacting badly to stress and turning it into distress.

When you feel stress you can acknowledge it, and alleviate it to some degree, use it for fuel to complete a task, or you can react badly and go into distress.

There’s what is happening, and how you react to it.

You are in charge.

Its all about perspective! How you see the world and what goes on in it is up to you. You need to learn to change how you look at things, and how you think in reaction to things. I love this!
