Two of my friends that I’ve been sending “Think Daily” messages to for years said they were sining up this week 🙂
I think it is very healthy for your body to “scare “yourself a little bit when tacking new projects or challenging yourself. It’s good for your brain. Whether it’s speaking before an audience, or doing the motorcycle challenge, a little adrenaline is good for you. And after the fact- the satisfaction is wonderful!
