Running, biking, working physically…push it for longer than you want to.

You’ll build mental toughness and your other problems will get smaller as you get stronger.

The benefits that come from physical training are incredible. My wife used to ask me when I was running a lot “do you feel any better from working out ?” I didn’t know was my answer – it wasn’t until I quit all of it for a while then got back on track that I found out the answer was “absolutely yes”

Good morning! I recently started going back to the gym and pushing myself harder than I ever have, even from when I was playing college basketball. The mental part is rough but ultimately is already helping, both in work and soreness. Great advice!
