When we are small children, everything is new. Then we start to create our identity, our self-concept and self-worth, chose a career path and have deep relationships. Things happen to us – maybe good at first, and then they go bad. Maybe there is some trauma.
We have all these thoughts and identities in our head, and eventually, there is no room for anything else. We’re on a treadmill, re-living it all each day.
When we can let go of the old, that is when everything can be created anew.
Why is it so hard to let go of the old? It’s always a struggle that needs to be addressed! (Today) Great picture…
That makes the old saying: “Free your mind … your butt will follow!” more relevant than ever!
We let ourselves get into a rut! It’s difficult to make a change, even if we know we should.
