When you are a leader, everyone is looking to you to see if things are ok. If the leader is smiling and happy, they are too. If the leader is unhappy and stressed out, they will be too. If the leader is yelling at them or being sarcastic or condescending, then they will be nasty too.

I’m doing well and really focusing on getting this right – at work and at home. Think that our executive team at work is doing great – and surmise that you and your team are as well. We will prevail and this too shall pass!
