You probably got to where you are by disciplined hard work, and that’s great. But you’re a leader now. You’re not there to work as hard and long as possible and get credit for what you do.
You are there to get the best out of other people, keep them engaged and working great together, and to give credit away to them.
Old habits die hard.

Physician heal thy self…….. isn’t it strange that the trainer always gets more out of the process than anyone expected? After 12 years you have helped so many people but the process is just begun. I look forward to you learning even more as we all gain so much through the process.
