The most imoirtant thing to accomplish today in the midst of coronavurus is to stay positive happy with an optimistic outlook. Reach out to people who are alone deaf and blind and make sure they are OK. Reach out to international students who can’t go home to stay with you until their countries borders open up. Kindness of strangers. Berea College President did an excellent and brilliant strategic plan addressing everyone’s needs. Do not allow panic to set in. Prayer and believing in yourself will keep your mental health in check.
Think of your life as if you only had a month to live? Your life would be different right? What would you do?
For the 2-5 year plan of where we are going below is my plan:
I have my personal 2-5 year plan which includes being Dean followed by Provost then my own business and travelling.

Yes I can answer the question of where we’ll be in 2 to 5 years quickly, thanks to great mentorship and training. Now I’m making sure all the key players can answer as quickly. The answer includes raw leads, leads run, ADL’s , number of sales, production and office staff required to get there. Thank you to everyone who has helped.
