I teach a class called “How to change your life”.
First, we have to know what we want, and what we don’t want (anymore). Clarity. It’s a big important word.
Now, what people around you represent what you do not want? Who has the habits you want to break and beliefs that do not support what you want? Don’t spend much or any time with them.
Now join a group of people whose beliefs and normal behavior is the behavior you want. Spend a lot of time with them.
This will turn a personal quest into a shared one.
