Saving time by getting it right – right now

We’ve heard this before.  If we don’t make time to do it right, we will have to find time to do it again or fix it.

Busy business people have so many tasks they could be doing, so we “multi-task” and rush through and juggle.  This not only takes the fun out of it, but prevents us from doing great work we can feel good about.

Prioritize.  Put everything else aside or delegate it and do the one most important thing – really well.
