Hello Larry,
I made an observation today that I would like to share. I noticed that often getting good service from someone is as much about how you ask and receive as it is about how the other person delivers. This is why some people will often receive good service nearly everywhere they go, and others, just the opposite. There’s a lot I could say to elaborate but that is the basic gist of it.
