We see evidence in the world to support what we already believe. Your customer has a first impression of your business and the people working in it. From there, their experience is skewed in favor of their first impression.
What is your customer’s first impression? What does your marketing look like? What does your facility look like? How do your employees dress? What do your vehicles look like?
If they are going to be biased in favor of their first impression, then you may as well create a great first impression! Right?
