In the beginning, you had an idealistic vision of what your business and your role in it would be like.  Then it turned into a beast and began to call the shots.  Now, instead of you running the business, it runs you.  You give all you can each day, working crazy hours, and it never seems to be enough.

Stop.  Rise above the business and observe how it is affecting your life.  You created this, and you can fix it.
