And old contractor friend of mine always said to me…. “fake it, til’ you make it!”
My problem was I wanted it “ready” before I did it…lots of things never got started because of that. Now…..I understand I need to get the ball rolling !

More than your life is on the line. Your employees depend on you. Don’t hide – do not reach out to touch base, say THANK YOU, ask how things are going, ask what they need to perform better. It’s not just your life. We are fully invested too.
