Keeping an ongoing written plan, weekly and long term helps getting off the track.
It gets me mad when I think about letting this happen for so long. I guess most don’t realize it’s happing to them, we think it’s “normal”. I just have to remember to focus on what I want and not everyone else’s agendas. My problem is it’s been a on going habit for a long time and it’s hard to break.
I make lists for the day and try to plan..but those distractions in life sometimes get in the way.
