Setting a goal is making a decision and is a one-time event.
Following through on that decision is every day.
Decisions won’t change your life. Actions and consistency will.

I’ve read to make a habit takes doing something for 21 days. Me, I find I need to remind myself every day what my goals are and what I need to do to stay on the path.

Setting goals is an important step in developing the self you want to be. Some are harder to obtain than others but a person’s will to pushing yourself is key!!
A positive attitude is as contagious as a smile! Keep pushing forward!
Have a great day Larry! I love to set smaller goals in the path to obtaining bigger goals. Kind of like a check list or sheet. Feels good to mark things off and so meeting a goal is exhilarating no matter the size!
