The big results like monthly sales, profits, employee retention rates and customer satisfaction come from all the little things added up. One small right action performed well on top of another and another, will add up to great overall results.
When things are not going well, zoom in and see if the small actions are going well.
Where do you need to zoom in today?
I do need to zoom in on some reports laying on my desk. New job, new environment, new mind set. The environment is very reactive to my state of mind so I guess the focus should be on dispersing my energy in the most constructive fashion possible.
This is a daily survival kit of items probably on your desk that reminds me of the little things;
Toothpick: Remember to pick out the Good in others (Matt 7:11)
Rubber Band: Remember to be flexible…God has it under control (Rom 8:28)
Band Aid: Remember to mend hurt felling Yours or someone else’s (Col 3:12-14)
Pencil: Remember to list you blessings daily. (Eph 1:3)
Gum: so you can stick with it! (Phil 4:13)
Button: Remember to button your lip when needed (1 Peter 3:10)
Lifesaver: Remember the Lord is always there to help (Psalm 46:1)
Mint: To remind you that you are worth it (John 3:16)
Puzzle Piece: Remember with out God we are not complete. (Prov 14:20)
Tea Bag: remember to relax and to over that list of blessings and be thankful (1 Thess 5:18)
Remember to be always see through lenses of thankfulness!
I really enjoy your thoughts and insights.
Thank you,
