We all know we should, and most of us know what to do. Here’s a reminder.
We are not our bodies, but we need them to house our mind and soul.
Don’t eat how most people eat. Don’t exercise as little as most people do. Pay attention to what your body is telling you and how it responds to various inputs. Have self-discipline now when it comes to your health because when something bad comes up, it’s late to start.
If we want to be around a long time and not suffer, we need to be friendly to our bodies.
Good morning Chris Schmidt and all our TBF dealers! Going to be a great sunny day in Chicago, and a great time to start the exercise outside on the bike trail again…….and a focused TBF day here !
The finish line is only as close as you make it. I say let’s keep going …

Do these things and you will live a long life-
-Eat well: mostly plants, little sugar and processed foods, you know the drill
-No smoking, little alcohol
-Good sleep
-Exercise at least 5 x/week
-Cultivate a social circle/support system
-Keep learning new things; challenge yourself always
This is one of your best inputs. Thank you for remind us how fragile we can become if we don’t take of our bodies.
Thank you for the reminder. After my walk I stopped at the store to get more fruits. I also have to push myself to drink more water during the day.
