A salesperson who is confident in his product and skills will sell well. A presenter who is confident in her content and preparation will present well. Anyone who is confident in themselves will be happier and perform better.
Who do you want to perform better? How can you help them be more confident in what they are doing?
Help them develop their skills? Make a game out of it? Acknowledge them? Encourage them?
Life is a confidence game.
If I am not confident enough I will never create life or be able to fly so high as Larry Janesky on his motorcycle. Amazing, Incredible but steals my breath away.
I am happy to be more like a tree. Grounded, comforting, growing and exhibiting beautiful flowers in spring, creating shade in the heat of summer, a color synthesia during fall, or hanging the branches low to create support for the occasional stumbling or slipping person during winters time.
Trees also house and provide shelter for many little animals and wood creatures including insects, birds and butterflies. Without trees we would not have much oxygen, soil stability, fruits and beauty.
(or an obstacle course for the daring motorcyclist)
Loving the trees equals with loving life.
Hi Larry! This speaks to me. I have figured out in my life that is what I need to feel in order to succeed. I have also figured out that as a leader, manager or coach that is what I try and give my people so that they have the confidence to move forward and believe in themselves. I have found that I will try harder and learn better if I am confident in myself and know that others are also confident in my ability to do so! Have a great day!
