Like individuals and armies, organizations must limit their objectives or face the consequences of divided focus, resources and attention.
What is your organization focused on these days?

First the focus is on creating internal harmony. From talking and observing team members the internal frictions (managerial and departmental) are obvious. Also, a brief handshake and a smile from a sales manager means a lot. Everyone needs help even if they know how to control their frustrations and do their best to keep on top of demands and expectations. Encouragement and coaching does wonders and brings out the best in people. Not one person is perfect so we need to be allowed to learn from mistakes and be encouraged to keep trying and to perfect our approach.
