You can’t find a better fella then Mr. Dawson. It was great seeing you reaching out to him.

Unintentionally I directly challenged a financial officer’s authority for the second or third time during a final interview by asking very specific procedural questions in front of the group. Once the majority of the group left and only three of us remained, I also asked the quiet shy attending department member to express her true feelings about another coworker. Her distress was palpable and when she attempted to tell me that she was getting along good with her coworker with the exception of a one time incident the officer tried to cut the replier’s answer short with her own answer.

The only persons instincts I trusted after my third time assessment were the main recruiters but she had to make a call in accordance with the owners and the organizations previously established processes and requests.

Even though I expressed my interest in many areas of the organization I wasn’t chosen because I was intimidating too many members with my direct questions and actions as I was trying to be compassionate and myself.
