What makes you uncomfortable is the path to growth. It’s likely because you have been ignoring or neglecting part of your business because you don’t feel competent in that area. And because you won’t face it, or get good at it, or learn how to hire someone to deal with the correct things, it continues to hold your business back.
What makes you uncomfortable? Hiring? Training? Sales? Marketing? Firing? Financials? Something else?
All of these things are a headache and keep me from performing my daily Profession, Architect. I’d love to just be an Architect and a Construction Coordinator again. Please tell me that there is a solution.
