We don’t live where our body is. We live where our attention is.
Control where your attention is. If you can’t, you don’t have control of your experience.
Where are you placing your attention these days?

I always try to pay attention to the main thing. Focus, Clarity and Effort.

Recently I read an article containing very practical simple solutions on how to protect your garden from a rodent invasion. The unusual title that caught my eyes read: “How to keep the squirrels at bay”.
It turns out the squirrels are very playful habitual creatures who get used to monkeying their tree and playing in the surrounding branches and leaves. In order to minimize the unexpected rodent intrusions experts recommend a simple regular lawn care.
The squirrels will get turned off when they realize that their playground was mowed and trimmed and the natural overgrowing vegetation disappeared. They love to play and hide in the bushes and mounds of grass.
Do what you must, whack and mow, exercise those muscles of yours to repel and keep the rodents at bay with the simple sight of a clean open front lawn and a clear easily accessible back yard. Cut the appealing scenery out of their view and they will give up trying to visit and jump around in your beautiful freshly trimmed garden.
