Thank you!

Larry Janesky: Think Daily

I began writing Think Daily in April of 2009 and Think Daily for Businesspeople about 4 months later.  Since then I have never missed a weekday message, and our subscriber list has grown to 5005 for Think Daily and 3631 for Think Daily for Businesspeople.

It’s a new year and I want to thank you for being with me this last year.  Why am I thanking you?  Because by knowing you are out there, expecting a message each day, has motivated me to keep going with this.  And by having to come up with something that adds to people each day has made me better.

I’m mostly a writer and a trainer these days, in between living a wide life – personally and in business.  I know I have become a better trainer as a result of writing Think Daily messages.  I know that the thinking and writing skills I have sharpened will be used for even greater good as I grow up.

I sincerely hope that you have benefitted too.  I just love to hear that my message resonated with or helped someone that particular day.  Like when I talked about night following day, and day following night; the night always ends and the sun always rises no matter what – giving us hope and a new chance.  That message really helped someone that day.  That keeps me going.

So often people say I was reading their mind, or ask how I knew what they needed to hear that day.  Of course the answer is that we are all the same.  The journey of being human is scarcely different for any one of us. We may be living in a different place, at a different age or scale, but what goes on inside of us is something we all share.  It’s a journey of excitment, ambition and hope, interrupted by desperation, sadness and despair.

In all this, we never lose our power to help others with our words and encouragement – and in giving that away, we are left filled that much more.  If we know how we work, (ourselves and others), we can live better, more fulfilling lives for the time we’re here.  And that’s important, because this is our shot; right now, and it’s going fast.

I’ll keep it going if you will.  Deal?

The two things that encourage me are referring others and making comments, as so many of you have.

Thanks again for being there.  Let’s make it a great 2017 together! – Larry

THANK YOU for inspiring so many of us each day through both blogs. Along with so many others, I find inspiration, and on some days added energy to tackle my day. And yes those days where I say, “just how did he know I needed just those words today.” And others when I think, “I hope (name) saw this today.” Your encouraging words make it easy to share the inspiration. You keep writing and teaching. I will keep reading and sharing.

I was on a beautiful hike with some friends on New Years Eve; and I was asked who my mentors have been? While I have been blessed to have many over time I was quick to tell them about this guy named Larry Janesky and the impact he has had on me over the last several years. I am a better Leader and business person because of your impact on me.

Thank You Larry

Craig Leader

I agree! This resonated the loudest to me: It’s a journey of excitment, ambition and hope, interrupted by desperation, sadness and despair. Remember that interruptions are brief and meant to be deflected from our chosen path!

I am fasting from media for January and have unsubscribed to most of my email traffic including Charles Spurgeon. I was waiting to unsubscribe to yours today. I typically read them in the AM but here at 19:15 I’ve just opened yours with the intention of unsubscribing. After reading this I’ve realized that I share your blog with several young men both in business and some not. Just for encouragement. Hearing your request and understanding that it helps you as well. Sooo…Deal it is then. I can afford this important blog! Thanks, giving is growing aye!

Thanks Larry, it’s a deal. Have a healthy and prosperous 2017.

Very powerful words Larry:

It’s a journey of excitement, ambition and hope, interrupted by desperation, sadness and despair.

In all this, we never lose our power to help others with our words and encouragement – and in giving that away, we are left filled that much more.

Through the ups and downs of life, it’s about making a difference in the lives of those around us.

Rich

These messages are such a part of the day. Some I save, some are used in blogs, some for training. Keep them going.

DEAL!!

Been reading think daily for a while now. Always great to have words that will cause me to “think” and move me to action based on validating the information in my life. We come from all walks of life, positions/careers, all ages, and many different goals/visions. But what most of us share is the desire to better ourselves, our families and our communities. All think daily writings are great for everybody. We also have to remember, who is the provider of all blessings on earth and who all praise should go to.
I look forward to the continued learning from think daily and hopefully “taking action” on more of the great advice, vs just reading it, like I usually do! 🙂

Happy New Year to you as well!
This year I am spending the New Year in an ICU room in Denever where my father has experienced a heart attack.
As I watch the army of health care providers attend to my father and make him as comfortable as possible, I am grateful for their dedication and hard work. Their job is far from glamorous, yet they do it with supreme compassion, cheerfulness and professionalism.

I look forward to reading Business Daily every day. So often when I feel lost or stuck it shows the way out.
Your wisdom, focus and professionalism
inspires me every day.
Thank you.
