Right is right. If someone wrongs you, you can’t make it right by wronging them, because wrong + wrong does not equal right.

Sometimes I think you have the ability to peer into my soul to see the things I am struggling with.
We have a customer who is taking us to small claims court because we have not met the standards of crawlspace installation? The installation looks good and is done the way we do them every day. This particular customer has a habit of suing service providers to get “Free Stuff”.
I have been struggling with trying to stay on the same side of the problem by fixing it (the right thing), and wanting to prove we are right (feels good but is counter productive).
Thanks for this perspective.

It’s my opinion that it is ok to tell the authorities, when someone does wrong to us but not to make things even by doing wrong in return. Wrongdoers may eventually suffer, but the truth receives the light of day and being a “tattletale” may bring things to light sooner.

What if are response is to be tenaciously shrewd ? Is that a reaction or a response ? What does tenaciously shrewd look like to you ?
